Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location: Troy, OH Remote Status: On‑Site Salary: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour, Troy, OH and surrounding areas. At ViaQuest Residential Services our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is fully provided, so no experience is required. Job Responsibilities Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities – fostering increased independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety needs are met at all times. Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of their lives. Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment. Requirements At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Personal, reliable vehicle ready for transporting individuals served. Valid driver’s license and car insurance. Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria. Ability to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and to climb, balance, kneel and crouch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
