Records Clerk - Part Time Position AvailableQualifications: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Competent use of office machines: calculators, computers, databases, word processors, fax machines, and copiers. Strong interpersonal communication skills and working knowledge of business English, office policies and procedures. Reliable attendance and work ethic. Other requirements as outlined by the Board and by Administration. Good physical condition with ability to lift 10 pounds.Performance Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate cumulative folders and permanent records per state and local requirements. Processing and tracking all records requests. Posting grades, test scores, absences, and other vital data on student records. Assisting in registration and withdrawal process. Performing other clerical duties as required. Providing assistance and counsel to the principal.Job Goal: To assume the responsibility for the efficient operation and maintenance of all matters concerning student records of the school.Salary: Commensurate with Ocean Springs salary schedule for classified positions for the 2026-2027 school year.Any person desiring to transfer within the system must adhere to School Board Policy GBE.
