Waitstaff – 16–20 hrs/week | $15.50/hr | Worcester, MA

The Briarwood Community is hiring Waitstaff to join our Dining Services Team . This part-time role (16–20 hours/week , $15.50/hour ) is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hospitality, customer service, and communication skills who is looking to grow in dining services and senior living hospitality . Typical schedule is Monday–Saturday 3:30–7:30 pm and Sunday 10:00 am–2:00 pm , with some flexibility based on community needs.

• Provide courteous, professional table service to residents and guests.

• Set up dining areas, including linens, place settings, and beverage stations.

• Deliver meals promptly and accurately while ensuring dietary preferences are followed.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining rooms and service areas.

• Collaborate with the Dining Services team to ensure a positive and welcoming dining experience.

• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with POS systems or hospitality tools is a plus.

• Ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, and team members.

• Previous waitstaff, dining services, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
