We’re looking for an enthusiastic and versatile marketer who is hungry and motivated to help us advance our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. Our ideal candidate supports all event team members by coordinating the logistics for TEKsystems and TEKsystems Global Services events including, but not limited to, developing and maintaining project plans, identifying/reserving/scheduling, preparing materials, requesting catering, overseeing event setup and take down and clean up with direction from the appropriate decision maker, hotel room block reservations, budget analysis and credit card reconciliation. Responsibilities Essential Functions: Serve as a liaison with eventvendorto oversee planning, production, andtimelyshipment of event materials (booths, bannerstands, tablecloths, etc.) to regional offices to support local marketing and event initiatives. Support other field office requestsas-needed. Maintain and fileevent planning and logistical documents. Ship promos oreventneedstoevent locations. Maintainstock of promos in-houseand check inventory on a needed basis. Work withBrandedSolutions teamforemployeeStore(s)field requestsandmaintainstock forcorporate andemployee store. Assistwithfollow-upforpost-eventtasks, includingROI,budgetrecapsand debriefs. Submitbilling payment requestsfor event invoices. Reconcile budget andeventcredit card. Organize event foldersandfrequentlystreamline oroptimizeprocesses. Answer event inquiries and other online forms. Order office material for department needs. Schedule meetings, meeting rooms, AV,and food and beverage for team events or other meetings. Scanorsend contracts or other documents as needed. Support any adhocassignmentsas necessary. Qualifications Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills: Associate’s degree in related field required 0 - 2 years of experience Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational skills with emphasis on quality control Excellent communication skills Successful at managing multiple projects at once High degree of flexibility Adequate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Competencies: Quality as job one.
