Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location Shorewood, IL Pay Range: $35 – $42 per hour (up to $1500.00 per week) Schedule: Day Shifts – Tuesday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Signing Bonus + Benefits Available Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as directed by the supervising RN, ensuring safe and effective care for patients with complex medical needs. Monitor patient conditions continuously and report any significant changes to the RN in a timely manner. Document all patient interactions, treatments, and observations thoroughly and accurately in clinical notes. Maintain up-to-date and compliant clinical records, adhering to Comfort Plus Healthcare Services protocols and regulatory standards. Collaborate effectively with the care team to support each patient’s health maintenance and recovery goals. Qualifications Active and unrestricted LPN license in the State of Illinois. Prior experience in home health or a related care setting strongly preferred. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to work with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a focus on promoting independence and quality of life.
