Edenbrook Rochester and Edenbrook Rochester West are skilled nursing facilities located in Rochester, Minnesota, as part of the Eden Senior Care network. We are recruiting a positive, happy, and reliable Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team!

Position: Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• To evaluate and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
• To develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term and long-term goals.\
• Instructs patient, family, and staff in appropriate speech-language procedures to allow carryover of therapeutic remediation and goals in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program.
• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
