Nurse Supervisor

Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care in a rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities Include Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serving as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervising nursing staff, providing feedback, evaluations, and discipline. Assuming patient care duties when needed and building meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery. Ensuring seamless delivery of compassionate, tailored care and maintaining high standards of practice. Qualifications Current RN licensure and BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes. Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience. Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead, responsible for staff and patient outcomes.
