Dental Front Office Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, hard working, efficient member for our front office dental team. This is a great opportunity to work with friendly and energetic co-workers. We are a fast-paced office. We work hard, have fun, and maintain a lighthearted atmosphere. You must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure. Applicant with previous dental experience required.

Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming phone calls
* Handle patient questions and concerns
* Greet and welcome patients
* Check patients in/out
* Schedule patient appointments
* Assist with appointment confirmations
* Help with re-care and unscheduled treatment
* Other duties when necessary to help office staff

Qualifications:

* Excellent people and communication skills
* Naturally friendly and outgoing
* A minimum of one year dental experience highly preferred
* Dentrix experience preferred but not required
* General knowledge of dental terminology
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Exceptional communication skills

* High school or equivalent (Preferred)
