Day Shift 1 charge, 4 nurses, 3 PCTs per floor if full census

Night Shift 1 charge, 3 nurses, 2 PCTs per floor if full census

Patient Ratios 5:1 on days; 6:1 on nights

Type of equipment work stations on wheels, portable lifts, ceiling lifts, sara stedys

Med-surg, neuro, ortho, rehab, LTACH or long term care experience
