Associate Territory Manager - Dallas/Austin/Houston

Becton Dickinson seeks an Associate Territory Manager to support acute urology product sales across Dallas, Austin, and Houston. The role involves field-level customer support, product demonstrations, in-servicing, and new business development within an assigned region, with extensive travel required.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Manager by conducting product demonstrations, in-servicing, and assessments at customer accounts
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities and product interests to Territory Manager
• Build and maintain sustainable business relationships with assigned accounts
• Coordinate timing, logistics, and execution of customer product evaluations
• Develop clinical knowledge in relevant disease states and maintain territory management excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of general sales experience
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to travel 80% including overnight travel
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with basic mathematical and numerical information
• Vendor credentialing and/or certification in relevant clinical field
