As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the inter-operative phase of patient care, working closely with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient operating room environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing the operative site and maintaining sterile conditions
• Setting up and organizing instrument tables
• Ensuring the proper functioning of surgical instruments and equipment
• Assisting the surgical team with draping, positioning, and passing instruments
• Performing surgical counts and managing specimens
• Cleaning and maintaining the operating room and equipment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• BLS (AHA Only) and CST (NBSTSA or NCCT) certifications
• Need 2 years experience in Ortho and complex spinal procedures
• Knowledge of infection prevention and sterilization standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
