Job Information Level: Entry | Job Location: TX - Lubbock, TX 79415 | Position Type: Full Time | Education Level: High School | Salary Range: $17.00 Hourly | Travel Percentage: None | Job Shift: Graveyard | Job Category: Manufacturing | JOB TITLE: Wafer Fab Operator/Team Member Responsibilities Operate various pieces of high‑tech equipment in a semiconductor wafer fab. Stand for 10 to 12 hours per day. Keep clear, accurate records and work with minimum supervision. Recognize problems and take appropriate corrective actions. Act as an individual contributor to the manufacturing team and be directly responsible for material management. Skills & Competencies Read and follow instructions, use simple mathematics, and keep accurate production records. Extreme accuracy in data recording, transferring, and arithmetic calculations. Operate a personal computer. Use a microscope. Communicate accurately verbally and in written form. Conform to special dress requirements, wearing no cosmetics, perfume, or cologne. Good dexterity and ability to use the hands for handling the product. Qualifications High School Graduate or Equivalent G.E.D. People with ten years of solid work history may substitute for High School diploma or G.E.D. Solid work history is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
