Job Description
Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Schedule: Working 4-10 hour days/week, days will vary and will include a Saturday schedule.

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 38

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Colorado PT licensure or compact for Colorado
- At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years preferred
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans for various diagnoses.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with rehabilitation staff to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
