Bell Minor Home, a leading Skilled Nursing Facility Financial Services Office in Gainesville, Georgia, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated LPN/RN Unit Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring exceptional patient care, and driving clinical excellence. Oversee the daily operations of our nursing units, including medication administration, wound care, and mobility assistance

Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards

Lead and mentor a team of LPNs and RNs, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care

Monitor and report on unit statistics, including patient outcomes, quality measures, and productivity metrics

Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, dietary, and social services, to ensure seamless care transitions

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance patient care and staff efficiency

Current LPN/RN licensure in the state of Georgia

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, with at least 1 year in a management or leadership role

Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
