Program: 24-Hour Residential Program
Schedule: 8-Hour Shifts | 5 Days On / 2 Days Off

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

SHIFT SUPERVISOR – FULL-TIME

The Shift Supervisor provides leadership and oversight during assigned shifts and ensures that staff follow organizational policies, safety procedures, documentation requirements, and trauma-informed practices.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week / 2 days off

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required.

RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT – FULL-TIME

Residential Assistants provide direct supervision, mentoring, support, advocacy, and positive role modeling for residents.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and structured environment, assisting with daily routines and independent living skills, supporting educational and recreational activities, documenting resident activities, and communicating important information between shifts.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week / 2 days off

Overnight Opportunity: Midnight – 8:00 AM

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; a minimum of High School Diploma

HEALTHCARE COORDINATOR – PART-TIME

The Healthcare Coordinator assists with coordinating residents' healthcare needs and maintaining communication and documentation related to medical, dental, behavioral health, medications, appointments, and healthcare providers.

The position works closely with residential staff and other members of the treatment team to ensure residents' healthcare needs are appropriately addressed.

Schedule: Part-time; schedule based on program needs.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required.

HUMAN SERVICE PRACTITIONER – FULL-TIME

The Human Service Practitioner provides direct support and services to residents and assists with implementing individualized goals, life-skills development, behavioral support, community activities, and other program services.

The position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, professional boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with adolescents who have experienced trauma.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week / 2 days off

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required.

LIFE SKILLS COORDINATOR – FULL-TIME

The Life Skills Coordinator helps residents develop practical skills necessary for greater independence and successful transition into adulthood.

Responsibilities may include teaching and coordinating activities related to:

• Personal hygiene
• Household responsibilities
• Cooking and nutrition
• Money management
• Budgeting
• Employment readiness
• Time management
• Communication
• Healthy relationships
• Community resources
• Independent living
• Other age-appropriate life skills

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week / 2 days off

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required.

KITCHEN COORDINATOR – PART-TIME

The Kitchen Coordinator is responsible for assisting with meal preparation and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing nutritious meals for residents and staff
• Meal planning
• Grocery and food inventory
• Following established menus and dietary requirements
• Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
• Proper food storage and rotation
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Assisting with special meals and resident cooking activities

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Previous experience preparing meals for a large group is required.

A passion for cooking, organization, and creating nutritious meals for youth is highly valued.

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR – PART-TIME

The Volunteer Coordinator develops and maintains relationships with volunteers who support The Bridge 2 Home.

Responsibilities may include recruiting, screening, scheduling, orienting, communicating with, and coordinating volunteers while ensuring that all volunteers understand and follow organizational policies and confidentiality requirements.

Schedule: Part-time; schedule based on program needs.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – PART-TIME

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to The Bridge 2 Home.

Responsibilities may include:

• Administrative support
• Scheduling
• Data entry
• Filing and record management
• Communication
• Preparing documents
• Assisting with meetings
• Maintaining confidentiality
• Supporting program and administrative operations

Schedule: Part-time; schedule based on program needs.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

A Bachelor's degree is required for all positions listed above except the Kitchen Coordinator position and the nightshift Residential Assistant.

The Kitchen Coordinator position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated experience cooking for large groups.

Additional education, training, certifications, or experience will be required depending on the position.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Employment is contingent upon completion of applicable organizational and regulatory requirements, which may include:

• FBI fingerprinting
• Applicable central registry checks
• Professional references
• Verification of education and qualifications
• Physical/medical clearance when required
• Required training
• Other screening requirements applicable to the position

Employees working directly with residents must be able to meet all applicable state licensing and organizational requirements.

SCHEDULE & ATTENDANCE

The Bridge 2 Home operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week .

Full-time residential positions generally follow an 8-hour shift schedule, five days per week with two days off .

Available schedules may include:

• Day Shift
• Evening Shift
• Midnight – 8:00 AM Overnight Shift
• Weekend/Holiday Coverage

Specific schedules are based on the position and program needs.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential because adequate staffing is necessary to maintain a safe residential environment.
