Key Responsibilities\nIn your capacity as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Barchester Behavioral Center, you will:

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients, identifying their individual needs and developing effective, personalized treatment plans. \n
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions through telehealth, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique path to recovery. \n
- Set and collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, continually monitoring their progress to ensure substantial improvements in their mental health. \n
- Utilize a range of evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to foster personal growth and positive behavioral change. \n
- Document sessions accurately and comprehensively to uphold ethical standards and improve client outcomes. \n
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in emerging therapeutic practices. \n
You will work primarily with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and stress-related disorders. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex emotional landscapes and guiding individuals toward recovery. Qualifications\nTo qualify for this impactful role, candidates must possess:

- A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
