Associate Attorney

Job Title: Senior Litigation Associate

Location: San Antonio, TX

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex litigation matters in federal and state courts, including motions, depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, summary judgment motions, and other legal documents while advising clients on litigation strategy.
• Represent and communicate with clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings while contributing to a collaborative firm culture.

Qualifications:

• 2-6+ years of recent plaintiff-side or complex litigation experience with strong courtroom and case management skills.
• Active Texas Bar license with experience handling federal litigation and summary judgment motions.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills with a client-focused approach.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$160,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
