Operations SpecialistThere is ONE Operations Specialist position open that can be filled in any branch location.POSITION SUMMARY: Provide a variety of bank operations and support in an efficient and courteous manner.PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:ACCOUNTABILITY 1: Perform Computer Room DutiesProcess ACH and Cash Letter Files throughout the dayReview and decision overdraft and stop pay itemsReview and process rejects from previous day's transactionsReview and approve mobile capture depositsProcess incoming and outgoing returnsProcess wire requests through UNETOrder currencyACCOUNTABILITY 2: Rotation 2 – Late WeekProcess incoming wiresProcess NOC and incoming returnsApprove outgoing wire requests through UNETReview new accountsReview end of day batches for rejectsACCOUNTABILITY 3: Rotation 3Continue review of new accountsApprove outgoing wire request through UNETVerify stop payment requestsReview SecureNow denied reportDistribute faxes receivedProcess mobile deposit limit increasesReview bounce back emailsProcess ID Theft Enrollment customersReview and process Abrigo fraud red flagsACCOUNTABILITY 4: Protect the Bank's InterestsSeek adequate identification and evaluate availability of full recourse prior to performing transactions.
