Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs, preferences, priorities, and requests
• Research available services, options, and experiences based on individual customer needs
• Present relevant options and information in a clear and professional manner
• Assist customers in comparing options and identifying solutions that align with their preferences
• Coordinate service and reservation requests and review details for accuracy
• Provide customers with confirmations, updates, and other important information
• Respond to questions and assist with modifications or special requests
• Follow up when additional information or action is required
• Communicate with service providers and other resources as needed
• Help resolve routine concerns and identify appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records
• Build ongoing customer relationships through responsive communication and reliable follow-through
• Stay informed about available services, options, and relevant industry information
