Job Description
This role requires a strong background in early childhood education, including experience with observing and assessing young children. You should know how to guide and support other staff while organizing and managing an effective classroom environment. Stong problem solving abilities and clear communication skills.
RequirementsDaily duties include creating lesson plans tailored to learning goals, as well as keeping accurate records for attendance and meals. To qualify, you must pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Required to maintain strict confidentiality and remain completely free of drugs and alcohol. High school diploma or equivalent required.
