Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: PCU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months in specialty within the past 3 years License: GA or compact license required Certifications: Rhythm identification test required upon starting Must-Have: - Experience with peritoneal dialysis - Insulin drip experience Description: Mapping: Med Surg Length of assignment: 13 weeks Available start dates: Every Monday Scrubs: Navy blue 50-mile radius for travelers, no local travelers Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: CHF Congenital heart issues LVADs Angioplasty Dysrrhythmias Shortness of breath Heart transplant Atrial fibrillation Cardiogenic shock Coronary artery disease Chest pain Top 10 Medications: Vasoactive drips such as Amiodarone Dobutamine Cardizem Milrinone Lasix Bumex Heparin Insulin Candidates will be required to take a rhythm identification test (proctored) once they start. They will have two chances to pass the test. It is not multiple choice.
