This role is ideal for a researcher who is primarily involved in basic or translational research with involvement in clinical trials who thrives in an ambitious environment. What You’ll Do Shape and execute the department’s research strategy Mentor faculty and trainees in experimental research and precision oncology Foster internal and external collaborations across genomics, AI, imaging, and therapeutics Drive grant funding, innovation, and scientific rigor at scale Qualifications Board certified in Radiation Oncology Minimum of 3 years post‑training experience Demonstrated success in research (at least one NIH R01 or the equivalent as PI or mPI) All of the applicants should be patient‑centered, desire a team‑based approach, strive for positive culture, and want to continue our transformation and not be content with the status quo.
