We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our team and provide essential support and care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, particularly in non-medical home care settings. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our clients' safety, comfort, and overall well-being while promoting their independence and preserving their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with mobility and ensure safety around the home
• Follow individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needs
• Communicate regularly with family members and supervisors on the client's condition
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and compassionate attitude towards clients and their families

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in caregiving or home care assistance (preferred)
• Ability to handle physical aspects of caregiving (lifting, transferring, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Finger Print Clearance Card (Preferred)
• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• DCW Certification (Preferred)

• Mesa, AZ (Required)
