Role Overview Build and enhance core developer platforms, tooling and automation to accelerate the full development lifecycle. Standardise CI/CD pipelines and development workflows across global regions to improve consistency and collaboration. Improve local development environments, onboarding experience and automated testing capabilities at scale. Integrate and scale AI-assisted development tools to continually improve engineering productivity. Qualifications Computer science degree or related field. Approximately 3+ years of professional software engineering experience. Experience working with CI/CD systems, build tooling or developer platform engineering. Strong programming fundamentals and a demonstrated interest in improving developer productivity and workflow efficiency.
