Description Generations at Applewood in Matteson, IL is seeking CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS (CNAs) with at least 2 years of experience working in a skilled nursing facility to work the following 8 hour shifts, includes every other weekend both days: Full & Part-Time on Days (7a-3p) Including every other weekend; OR JUST EOW on Days Full & Part-Time on Evenings (3p-11p) including every other weekend Full Time on Nights (11p-7a) - MUST START AT 11:00 $19 - 22 per hour depending on status and benefits selected $2 Shift Differential for Evenings and Overnights plus $2/hr extra when assigned to the Vent unit Please note, we do not offer alternatives to the specific shift times. Learn more about our facility at: Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Illinois - NO WAIVERS ACCEPTED Must have at least 2 years experience as a CNA and be at least 18 years of age Must have an up-to-date flu vaccination receipt or bone fide religious or medical exemption High school diploma or G.E.D.
