Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with documentation systems used in post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to treat adults with complex medical and functional needs, including fall risk, wound considerations, and mobility deficits.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: AM 8 (5x8 schedule).
• Assignment Length: 10 week assignment.
