Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA): Inpatient Pulmonary, Per DiemCleveland Clinic Martin Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our inpatient Pulmonary team. The APP will provide high-quality, evidence-based inpatient care in collaboration with hospitalists, specialists, surgeons, nursing staff, pharmacists, and other members of the healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a dynamic, team-based environment focused on excellence in patient care, safety, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop treatment plans for acute and chronically ill adult patients with Pulmonary DiseaseManage the day-to-day care of hospitalized patients including admissions, rounding, consults, and discharges.Monitor patient responses to pulmonary therapy.Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and initiate appropriate therapies.Document patient care clearly and efficiently in the electronic medical record (EMR).Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, patients, and families regarding patient status, treatment plans, and goals of care.Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, quality improvement initiatives, and educational activities.Patient and family education.Adhere to hospital protocols, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.Manage time effectively and respond to emergencies in a calm, competent mannerPreferred Qualifications:Experience in inpatient/hospital medicine with ID preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds will be considered.Excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsSchedule:Per Diem, Day Shift, 8 hr days7a-3pm or 8a-4pmCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement)CME allowance and paid CME timePaid time off (PTO)Malpractice insurance coverage
