Work Day Calendar Hourly Pay Rate: $20.76+ (Salary placement is based on experience.) Job Summary: Process all items delivered to the District through a central warehouse and mailroom. Load, log, and deliver orders throughout the District. Receive and process all requests and retrieve and package requested items. Receive, log, mark, and store all incoming orders. Pickup, meter, and deliver all District mail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Load and log items for delivery to schools or work centers. Make deliveries of distribution warehouse issues and incoming shipments. Assist in managing day-to-day warehouse operations. Process issue requests to include retrieving and packing all items on issue request. Process incoming and outgoing mail to include metering, distributing, and picking-up mail at District Admin Complex and Post Office. Process all incoming purchase orders and stock delivered to the warehouse. Log all incoming items and mark all items by destination for delivery. Store appropriate items for warehouse stock. Identify areas for efficiencies and improvements within the Warehouse Building and in the delivering, receipting, and organization of delivery processes. Perform other duties as assigned. Education, Training and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or some college preferred. Three to five years' experience in warehouse operations preferred. Criminal background check and District fingerprinting required.
