About the Position

Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to new heights? Join Jackson HealthPros as a cath lab tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise—while enjoying the excitement of a new location. Earn full time pay and benefits while you assist physicians and other Cath lab personnel in conducting vital diagnostic tests and procedures; and operate advanced medical equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist
• Must have 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting
• BLS & ACLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• State specific licensing when required
• Must have Cath Lab experience
• Must know how to work the C-Arm machine
• Must know routine lead maintenance
• Must be certified in working fluoroscopy
• Must be able to assist in Cath procedures and PCIs
• Must know how to insert Impella and balloon pump devices
• Must be able to scrub IR procedures including nephrostomy tube insertion, PICC insertion, Permacath insertion, pacemaker insertion, and cerebral thrombectomy

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0630-1700
• Schedule: 4 days a week
• On-call requirement: 9 shifts a month at minimum
• Response time: must be within 30 minutes of a page
• Weekend call coverage is required for 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday
