Digital Strategy & Activation Manager

Scale Marketing is seeking a Digital Strategy & Activation Manager to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital media strategies that drive client success. Reporting to the Group Media Director, this role requires a blend of strategic vision, analytical expertise, and leadership. The Digital Strategy & Activation Manager will act as a trusted advisor for clients, mentor junior team members, and ensure seamless execution of integrated digital media campaigns. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of sophisticated digital media plans that align with client business objectives. Analyze platform KPIs to ensure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations. Evaluate large and complex datasets to identify trends and optimize campaign performance. Proactively identify challenges and develop innovative solutions. Serve as subject matter expert for programmatic, paid social, paid search, and emerging digital channels. Provide strategic thought leadership by researching and presenting innovative growth opportunities and industry trends. Collaborate with Strategists and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, results-driven media plans. Manage and execute complex campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Deliver clear, insightful reports and analyses to clients and internal teams. Serve as the primary point of contact between trading teams, strategy, account management, and vendors. Mentor and train junior team members, ensuring high-quality execution. Contribute to new business initiatives, proposals, and presentations. Qualifications 4+ years of progressive digital media experience; agency-side strongly preferred. Proven experience managing complex programmatic and social media campaigns. Proficiency in key platforms and tools (DSPs, social platforms, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). Advanced Facebook Blueprint certification required; Google certifications preferred. Strong understanding of integrated, mixed-media strategies; traditional media experience a plus. Highly developed analytical and mathematical skills, with expertise in Excel and BI tools. Strong strategic communication and presentation skills. Experience engaging with C-level clients and driving business growth. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring of junior team members. Alignment with Scale Marketing's core values.
