DSD Logistics Coordinator

Job Description This role serves as the center of control, and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, and answering calls and emails. Responsibilities Provide administrative support, executing activities and building an effective relationship with those you support. Perform duties related to budget, expenses, and purchasing processes as needed. Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately. Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy. Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data. Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested. Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required. Qualifications Experience in administration and support roles. Highly developed customer service orientation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude, very good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent teamwork and ability to anticipate needs and respond accordingly. Work Schedule Monday - Friday; 7 AM - 3:30 PM Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $46,500.00 to $58,150.00; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. Some benefits have eligibility requirements. Many are subsidized or fully paid for by the company. No relocation support available.
