Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Electrical Assemblers for a leading machine manufacturing company in Alexandria, MN. In this role, you'll help build high-quality machinery by performing electrical assembly and wiring tasks while collaborating with engineering and production teams. Perform electrical wiring and assembly operations on electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies

Inspect panels and wiring to ensure neatness, accuracy, and compliance with specifications

Collaborate with mechanical assemblers, engineers, and project managers throughout machine projects

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Properly use, care for, and return shop tools daily

Support the World Class Checkout Process and assist with machine completion activities

Ability to read, understand, and interpret electrical schematics and prints

Ability to successfully and efficiently wire at least one product line

Ability to follow instructions throughout the electrical build cycle

Knowledge of routing and mounting devices, wireway, conduit, and cable trays

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven problem-solving abilities

Thorough understanding of electrical practices and principles

Understanding of mechanical machine assembly processes
