Summary

As an HVAC Technician at Rianda Air Inc., you will be responsible for the installation and service of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. This role is vital to our mission of providing efficient climate control solutions that enhance comfort and energy efficiency for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Install and service HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards.
• Read and interpret plans to determine installation requirements.
• Perform seasonal equipment maintenance as needed to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a residential HVAC technician. (install tech preferred)
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, air conditioning units, furnaces, ductless systems, and related equipment.
• Ability to perform equipment installs effectively and efficiently.
• Basic understanding of design principles related to HVAC installations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Drivers license required.
