As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with clients to build essential skills, support positive behaviors, and help improve quality of life. This is a rewarding, hands-on role with paid training, strong clinical support, and opportunities to grow within the field of behavioral health.

• Competitive Pay: $21.00–$25.00/hour, with opportunities for growth

• Paid Training: Must be able to commit to approximately 60 hours of paid training , including modules, webinars, and assessment

• Supportive Team: Ongoing guidance from experienced Supervisors and BCBAs

• Flexible Scheduling: Part-time and full-time options; sessions typically occur between 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm

• Career Growth: Potential BCBA supervision hours for qualifying candidates

• Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA

• Collect accurate data during therapy sessions

• Work with clients in home, community, school, or clinic settings

• Address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support strategies

• Support caregivers as needed

• Maintain timely session notes and timecards

• Collaborate with Supervisors and clinical teams

• Adhere to ethical standards and company policies

• Support new hires through shadowing and overlap sessions

• High School Diploma or GED required

• College coursework in progress or completed (preferred)

• At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred, not required)

• Availability of at least 15 hours per week during afternoons/evenings

• Must be 18 years or older

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (paid travel time provided)

• Ability to pass background check, TB test, physical/Fit for Duty exam, and provide or obtain proof of required immunizations
