Key Responsibilities: Provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel to teams and leaders on privacy, regulatory, and employment issues. Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including vendor agreements, licensing agreements, marketing partnerships, NDAs, and retailer/customer contracts. Help build, organize, and scale legal operations by developing policies, templates, and best practices. Support ongoing compliance efforts and identify potential legal and regulatory risks. Coordinate and work with external legal counsel on various matters. Eligibility: Juris Doctorate (JD) degree. 4+ years of experience in corporate law or counseling companies (firm associate, in-house, or combination). Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in California, OR admitted in another U.S. jurisdiction and willing to register as Registered In-House Counsel with the State Bar of California within 180 days of hire.
