Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an ADA‑accredited dental school Current GA license or eligible upon graduation Current CPR and BLS certifications Experience in clinical or private practice, either new or previous Strong aptitude for professional communication, both spoken and written Benefits Earning potential of $400,000 plus 4‑day workweek (Monday through Thursday) Eligibility for Pathway to Partnership Annual CE budget of $2,500 and extensive in‑house CE program Full medical and benefits licensure and DEA expenses covered Malpractice insurance covered ADA, State, and AAP dues covered Internal programs covering multiple specialties and subjects Mentorship program Compliance All new hires are required to pass a full panel drug screening as a condition of employment.
