Packaging Engineer

responsibilities:

Develop, review, and maintain UN-compliant packaging designs ensuring strict adherence to regulatory, safety, and Hazmat transportation standards for Our Client.
Conduct packaging performance testing and validation under hazardous material conditions while troubleshooting manufacturing packaging issues.
Lead cost reduction, material optimization, and process efficiency projects by analyzing packaging performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to qualify new vendors, evaluate packaging components, and manage onboarding processes.
Partner cross-functionally with operations, safety, quality, and logistics to align site packaging performance with divisional goals and compliance requirements.
