The Job Lead fun and engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8. Set up and take down equipment before/after sessions. Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling. Use the expert‑designed Soccer Shots curriculum to teach both soccer skills and character development. Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment. Communicate clearly with parents, caregivers, and teachers. Requirements A genuine passion for working with children. Energetic, reliable and responsible. Committed to safety. No prior sports/coaching experience or college degree is required!
