Position: Solution / Application Architect

Location: Louisville, KY (Hybrid)

Job Description:

• Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy, target-state architecture, and multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned to healthcare business objectives.
• Lead architecture governance, standards, principles, and technology decision-making across the healthcare provider ecosystem.
• Own and support multiple healthcare value streams including Patient Engagement, Care Management, Clinical Operations, Provider Services, and Revenue Cycle Management.
• Partner with executive stakeholders, business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to align business priorities with technology investments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs by leading strategic planning sessions, architecture reviews, governance forums, and transformation workshops.
• Drive modernization initiatives involving cloud adoption, digital health platforms, AI/GenAI, automation, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration.
• Establish enterprise-wide integration and interoperability strategies leveraging FHIR, HL7, APIs, event-driven architectures, and healthcare partner ecosystems.
• Lead capability mapping, identify transformation opportunities, eliminate redundancies, and improve business process efficiency across value streams.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security standards, data governance policies, and enterprise risk management practices.
• Measure business outcomes, value realization, operational efficiencies, and transformation success while managing cross-functional teams and large-scale programs.
