Overview: Our material handlers primarily assist with unloading and loading boxes from trailers. This is a production-based position. *Commission based plus hr while not on a truck * Responsibilities Move pallets to/from staging area. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow receiving/shipping policies and procedures. Follow safety guidelines and protocols. Follow attendance policies and call-off procedures. Can be loading / unloading trucks, each truck is based on different pay rate, while not on trucks still get paid awhile being at work Requirements Must be 18 or older Reliable transportation Must have steel toe shoes Must be present and on time for all scheduled shifts Must be able to lift and carry 50-100LBS Must be able to work consistently for long periods of time Must be able to perform at or above production standards (after training) Must be able to work overtime when needed.
