Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2 years of occupational therapy experience required.
• Adult care experience required.
• Adaptive equipment experience required.
• Experience with hip fracture, total hip replacement, knee injuries, and total knee replacement required.
• Experience with lifting and transfer, patient and family education, safety and injury prevention, telephone calls, and documentation required.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Weekend rotation required every 6th full weekend.
• Weekend shift hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM unless otherwise approved.
• Floating between other facilities may be required.

O‘Fallon, Missouri offers convenient access to both suburban amenities and major regional attractions. The city is about 40 miles northwest of downtown St. Louis and provides access to Interstate 64 and Interstate 70 for regional travel.
