The Management and Operations Senior Consultant plays an integral role in successfully designing, planning and executing client engagements and building the firm's reputation for quality service. This includes researching, pursuing, and documenting possible business opportunities; supporting and managing our proposal development process; managing client relationships and deliverables; and developing teams while communicating with appropriate stakeholders. ProSidian Management and Operations Senior Consultant ProfileGenerally, Management and Operations Senior Consultant s have a BA or equivalent qualification, an MBA, and > 5-7 years’ experience, with at least 50% in Management and Operations Consulting. Task and assignment lead; Performer of complex analysis;Contributor and co-pilot on engagement pursuits, Develops recommendations for clients; Develops deeper functional knowledge in ProSidian capability areas.Lead and direct data collection and analysis roles in structuring, performing analysis, conducting primary research, pursuing opportunities, and delivering engagements that uncover insights that support our recommendations to clients.Lead and direct team recommendations, engagement pursuits, and problem solving for clients. Enhances Management and Operations Consulting and functional skills.Your skills & behaviors that demonstrate success include all activities from previous levels (Associate Level 1 & Level 2).There are three stages to Senior Associates at Level 2 (Senior Associate 2.1, Senior Associate 2.2, & Senior Associate 2.3)They are our front-line in developing powerful insights and driving results for our clients. Our Services are deployed across the enterprise, target drivers of economic profit (growth, margin and efficiency), and are aligned at the intersections of assets, processes, policies and people delivering value.Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and/or lead proposal or engagement teamsCoordinate and execute research, data collection, and analysisConduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including financial or business modelingDevelop and present solutions and recommendationsImplement strategies, solutions, and recommendationsActively participate in business development activities, creating strong working relationships with clients.Be an active participant within a team that provides thought leadership, project support artifacts and analytical concepts for use within the practice.Lead engagement teams on complex projectsDevelop junior team membersAny other responsibilities as requiredQualificationsThe ideal Management and Operations Senior Consultant shall have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and greater than 3-5 years’ experience, with at least 50% in consulting.
