How you'll make an impact in this role This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Internal Medicine Physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

* Join a growing and collegial team * Call structure: Weekday call 1 week at a time shared among group, Weekend call is part of a larger group * Practice setting: Outpatient * Employed position within a nonprofit health system * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine * Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration * Lead longitudinal care for a diverse adult patient population, specializing in the management of complex and chronic medical conditions to ensure sustained health and wellness. * Provide comprehensive medical services to patients within your assigned clinical area, ensuring a patient-centered approach and adherence to safety standards. * Conduct thorough physical examinations and clinical evaluations to accurately diagnose a wide range of medical conditions

What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:

* Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. * Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
