Progressive Comfort Solutions is seeking an energetic and like-minded Ductless Heat Pump installer for our team. We are Progressive. Are you? We are a local HVAC and Electrical contractor based in Seattle that specializes in energy efficiency, specifically inverter-driven ductless and ducted heat pumps. In fact, that is all we do. We have the first and only dedicated ductless heat pump showroom in Seattle! If you enjoy working with mini-splits, this is the opportunity for you!
Our company's owner has over 20 years of field experience and has refined the process of ductless heat pump design, installation, and service to an art. If you're looking to learn, our team will guide you along the way. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?The right candidate will have a Progressive attitude, and eagerness to learn, grow, and support our team.
A work vehicle may be provided with a clean driving record. This position is full-time, year round, and for immediate hire. We work Mon-Thurs, four 10hr shifts. Overtime after 10hrs/day.

- Ability to fully install single-zone and two zone heat pump systems.
- Can lift up to 75lbs
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5+ years experience
- Ability to fully install single-zone, multi-zone, SmartMulti and ducted systems.
- Can lift up to 75lbs
