Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Stoneridge, a 256-unit apartment community in Pflugerville, TX. You will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents. Responsibilities include monitoring for repairs, completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, repairing appliances, preparing vacant units, and occasional on-call shifts with a trip stipend. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dominium
