Pinnacle Home Improvements is growing, and we are looking for a Recruiter who knows how to build teams, not just fill jobs. We are looking for a high energy, results driven recruiter who thrives in a fast paced environment and understands that great recruiting is about more than getting someone in a seat. This role will initially have a strong focus on recruiting In Home Sales Representatives, Inside Sales & Appointment Specialists and other high volume growth positions, with the opportunity to expand into additional recruiting needs as Pinnacle continues to grow. This role partners closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to deliver scalable staffing strategies that support rapid growth while maintaining quality, speed, and an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who can operate independently, communicate effectively, build trust and respect with hiring managers, and fully own recruiting and onboarding processes end to end. Top candidates should have experience in comparable performance-driven environments. What You'll Do Own high volume recruiting for sales and other growth positions across multiple markets Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates rather than relying solely on applicants Conduct phone screens and interviews that identify both capability and cultural fit Partner closely with hiring managers to understand what makes someone successful in each role Move candidates efficiently through the recruiting process while maintaining a high quality candidate experience Use recruiting platforms, sourcing tools, referrals, networking and creative outreach to consistently generate qualified candidates Help build and continuously improve recruiting processes that make hiring faster, more consistent and more effective Track recruiting activity and results, identify bottlenecks and use data to improve the funnel Develop a deep understanding of Pinnacle's sales organization, culture, expectations and what separates successful performers from unsuccessful hires Become a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across the organization as we continue to scale What We're Looking For We want someone who is competitive, resourceful, persistent and genuinely enjoys recruiting. You may come from recruiting, staffing, sales recruiting, agency recruiting, high volume hiring or another environment where you have had to consistently find and influence people. You will be expected to build a recruiting engine that produces the right people, at the right volume, at the right time. Other Requirements Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Location: Alpharetta, GA or Nashville, TN for onsite/hybrid availability Employment Type: Full-Time Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on high-volume hiring Proven experience recruiting for one or more of the following: Contact centers Canvassing or field marketing teams In-home sales organizations Commission-based or performance-driven roles Comparable high-velocity environments Demonstrated ability to partner directly with hiring managers and senior leadership. Strong negotiation, closing, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced sourcing expertise and comfort building pipelines from scratch. Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting tools.(Paycor Recruitinging a plus) Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
