As a CNA at our senior care campus, y ou'll provide hands-on care, assist residents with daily living activities, and play a key role in helping residents maintain their highest level of independence and quality of life. Position Type: Full-Time (includes working every other weekend) 

Shifts Available: 
Days: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Wage Range: $22.60 to $28.93 / hour depending on experience.

Location: 14650 Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities: 

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry.
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
