A growing organization in the engineering services industry is seeking a Sales Engineer-HVAC/Plumbing for an opportunity near Bellevue, WA. Key Responsibilities

- Lead service sales, account development, customer retention, and business growth initiatives for HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or facilities-related services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with strategic accounts, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Oversee operational performance, team development, project execution support, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, margins, expenses, cash flow, financial reporting, and business performance metrics.
- Support contract review, pricing strategy, proposal evaluation, risk management, and long-range planning.
- Partner with internal teams to identify service agreements, maintenance programs, repairs, replacements, and retrofit opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $130,000 to $190,000 per year.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Bellevue, WA.

- 10+ years of experience in service sales, operations leadership, business management, or a related leadership role.
- Strong background in a technical service, construction, mechanical, industrial, HVAC, plumbing, or facilities-related environment.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and driving profitable business growth.
- Experience managing annual operating budgets, revenue forecasting, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with strategic accounts and key stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning ability, and operational decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead through change, influence others, solve complex problems, and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading a mechanical services, HVAC, plumbing, facilities services, industrial service, or construction-related service business.
- Background supporting service agreements, maintenance programs, repairs, equipment replacements, and retrofit opportunities.
- Experience participating in recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, and employee retention efforts.
- Familiarity with proposal review, contract terms, pricing structures, subcontractor coordination, and project risk management.
