Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Call Center

Comfort Experts | Weatherford, TX | Full-Time | In-Person

Today, Comfort Experts is one of the largest home-service companies in the DFW Metroplex, providing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to homeowners throughout North Texas.

We're growing, and we're looking for  energetic, dependable, customer-focused people to join our Customer Service team at our headquarters in  Weatherford, Texas.

This is a full-time, in-person position. Remote work is not available.

Previous call center or home-service experience is preferred, but  we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude.

As a Customer Service Representative, you're often the  first impression a customer has of Comfort Experts. Your job is to make sure every customer feels heard, helped, and confident that they've called the right company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound customer calls for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service
• Listening to customers and identifying their service needs
• Scheduling service, maintenance, and sales appointments
• Booking appointments live whenever possible
• Accurately entering customer and appointment information into our system
• Coordinating and dispatching calls to technicians and sales representatives
• Making outbound follow-up calls to existing customers
• Following up on unscheduled or previously contacted customers
• Helping maximize the daily schedule for our field teams
• Communicating clearly with customers, technicians, dispatchers, and management
• Providing the level of customer service Comfort Experts has built its reputation on since 1962

Starting Pay: $15/hour during training

After successfully completing training, team members move into our  base-pay-plus-performance compensation structure.

Our top-performing CSRs are currently earning approximately $20–$25 per hour.

We are currently hiring for multiple positions. Available schedules may include:

Schedule 1
Monday–Friday
12:00 PM–9:00 PM during summer
11:00 AM–8:00 PM during winter
Weekends off

Schedule 2
Sunday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Friday & Saturday off

Schedule 3
Wednesday–Friday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Additional days/hours based on department scheduling needs.

THIS IS A 100% IN-PERSON POSITION AT OUR WEATHERFORD, TEXAS HEADQUARTERS. NO REMOTE POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE.
