Part-Time Senior Career Advisor - Keepro

Location: Remote

Schedule: 3–5 hours weekly, fully flexible

Compensation: $24/hr + $50 bonus for every 3 new paying Career Portal signups you bring in each month

We're growing the Keepro Team and hiring a Part-Time Career Advisor who loves helping people move their careers forward.

Role Overview:

We're looking for an HR or recruiting professional with real career coaching experience to guide job seekers through their search. You'll work one-on-one with candidates on resumes, interview prep, and job search strategy, and help prescreen talent for Keepro's clients. It's a small weekly commitment with a big impact, and it's a direct path into a larger role on our team. Advisors who perform well will have the opportunity to grow into a Recruitment Specialist or Business Development Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet virtually with job seekers for career coaching sessions on resumes, LinkedIn profiles, interview prep, and job search strategy.
• Review candidate materials and give clear, actionable feedback.
• Conduct mock interviews and help candidates sharpen how they present their experience.
• Prescreen candidates and flag strong talent for Keepro's recruiting team.
• Introduce job seekers in your network to the Keepro Career Portal.
• Keep session notes and candidate updates organized in our systems.
• Deliver a professional, encouraging experience that reflects Keepro's values.
• Participate in a brief weekly virtual check-in with Kejal Shah, Founder of Keepro.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $24 hourly wage.
• Earn a $50 bonus for every 3 new paying Career Portal signups you personally bring in each month. No cap.
• Fully flexible schedule. Set your own 3–5 hours each week.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruiting required.
• Prior career coaching experience required (formal or informal, such as resume reviews, interview coaching, or mentoring job seekers).
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable running virtual meetings over video.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule.
• Interest in growing into recruiting or business development is a plus.
